Gabrielle has always had a passion for food and the stories behind it. With a background in tourism and community engagement, they now work as the Marketing Manager for Culinary Tourism Alliance, traveling across Canada to explore and share the diverse flavours and traditions that shape our food culture.

From culinary experiences to agritourism, Gabby is dedicated to helping tell the stories of local food and the people who get it to your plate.

With experience in leading cooperative marketing partnerships and content creation, she has learned a lot along the way. Prior to this role, she was a content creator for Tourism Oxford, where she worked to showcase the region’s food scene through engaging and authentic content. Gabby is driven by a genuine love for food and a desire to help others discover the stories that make every bite meaningful.
