Telling Your Tourism Story — The Thought Leadership Opportunity

In the tourism industry we have become accustomed to posting beautiful photos of our surroundings, sharing videos of experiences, but we’re leaving a significant opportunity on the table when we don’t tell our stories and show what makes us passionate about what we do.

This is a people business, and travellers are attracted to stories of people who they can relate to, and the people who love what they do. In this session we’ll be joined by an expert who can help us to figure out how to do just that.

In this lesson, we’ll hear from Jenn about how extremely busy leaders find time to create content, how we can figure out what people want to see from us, and what the value that thought leadership can bring to our organizations.

Jennifer started her career as a print journalist before transitioning into PR where she co-founded and led two of the top boutique PR firms in her hometown Vancouver, Canada.

Today, she consults exclusively in the area of executive thought leadership, combining her experience with her passion for uncovering what makes each of us human.
