Matthew Thomas has seen the tourism industry from every angle. He founded and scaled the tourism business Bend Bus before becoming a DMO manager and consultant. He has a master's degree in Strategic Foresight & Innovation from OCAD University and a certificate in cultural planning from the University of British Columbia. He is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at the newly formed Tourism Technology Company.
